1 Information is provided about the project. An estimate and contract will be provided, once that is signed and a 50% deposit is made work begins. All content is required at this point.
2 We send proofs to review and comment on what you like and want changed. There will be "sign off points" along the way where approvals must be made before continuing on with the designs.
3 We make sure the technical aspects are complete and ready for the web or printing. After the final payment is received we transfer the project online in various formats with an invoice. Our satisfied clients
Changes outside of the contract will constitute hourly charges. Images, content and other works sent must be your property or have the rights to use them. Digital Skratch does not take responsibility for work that is sent to us that is in violation of copyright laws. Images that are going to be used for print must be at least 300dpi, and in these formats- tiff, pdf, psd, qxd, png, uncompressed jpgs, ai and eps converted to outlines. Other formats or resolutions will not be accepted.
